Software Issue: In the software issue customer should contact into Apple Authorized Service Provider for software support. Many Apple Watch issues can be resolved by restarting the device. You can also unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone and then pair it again.
Hardware Issue: In the hardware issue such as charging problem, magnetic charger problem, display problem, pairing problem or any other problems, customer should contact into Apple Authorized Service Provider for warranty or post-warranty support.
There’s no charge if the issue is covered under warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law. If your issue isn’t covered, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee.
Depending on the type of service, your repair or replacement might take up 21 to 28 business days.

Your replacement Apple Watch will have factory settings and will be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
