Product Condition:

We assure 100% authentic & original product along with no malfunction in device & accessories except below issues,

  • There might be some scratch on the wrapping poly of the product.
  • In some cases, box might be a bit damaged (Very minimal).
  • Product will be activated & product and box IMEI will not match.


Reason behind Activation & IMEI Mismatch:

  • Apple has got a very distinct warranty policy worldwide. Whenever a consumer comes to an apple official service center with a manufacturing default on the product within warranty period, Service engineer diagnosis the product in service software. After diagnosis if it appears manufacturing default, Service engineer used to give a new product to concerned customer or retail Partner till December 2019.
  • In late December 2019, Apple changed their replacement policy for Asia pacific countries & decided not to provide sales pack as replacement unit, from there on customer claims the product in service center for manufacturing default and waits 28 days for the replaced unit to come.
  • As we said earlier, Before December 2019 we used to give sales pack to consumer and we received the replaced unit from apple. Here to be mentioned that, apple only replaced the device not the box or accessories and while sending the replaced unit apple used to Activate the phone from system and then sent to concerned parties.
  • As a result, we have received a huge chunk of activated product over the time where box IMEI doesn’t match with Device IMEI.
  • Apart from the IMEI mismatch & activation by apple these device/accessories has not encountered any hand contact by any of the person & we CPL taking full responsibility and giving assurity of that.




Pricing is lucrative due to having minor cosmetic damage in the box, all accessories and charger are in unused condition. These products are not refurbished or fake. Compustar PVT Limited takes full responsibility and money back guarantee if any products are found fake.


Warranty Policy:

  • Consumer will avail one-year service warranty provided by CPL
  • For activated unit service charge will be waived but consumer will have to pay if there is any additional parts replacement request.




  • EMI is available on below listed banks but additional 8% cost will be added
  • For availing EMI payment has to be done via in site online payment gateway; No cash/Card on delivery will be entertained.
  • Maximum Tenure for 8% on cost EMI is 12 month

Return Procedure:

Here in iStore Bangladesh we discourage returning product, however in below cases you can return the goods. In case of prepayment, standard terms & condition will be applied to reimburse the amount.

  • If you find the product broken
  • If product is not in working condition
  • If there is any manufacturing default while receiving delivery
  • If product doesn’t power on while receiving


Delivery Lead time:

We will try our best to reach your desired device at your doorstep at earliest possible time, though inside Dhaka it will take 2-3 working days & outside Dhaka lead time will be 5-7 days’.
